what a lovely dump, I waited over 2 hours to check in while the assistant manager was nowhere to be found. A guy next door was screaming about a knife, and I requested a bottom floor room but got ignored! Absolutely the least hospitable place I've ever encountered. I almost thought to write a good review but just couldn’t.

The place was a total disaster—blood on the bed, musty mildew smell everywhere. I couldn't believe the lack of care from staff, and I never got my deposit back. It’s like they just don’t care about their guests. I’m not coming back, that’s for sure.

The convenient kitchenette in my room added a lot of flexibility for preparing meals during my stay.

The internet connectivity was poor, making it difficult for me to work remotely as planned.

During my one-night stay, I faced multiple issues, such as no hot water for three days despite repeated complaints. On top of that, the phone in my room didn’t work correctly, and I had trouble with the TV channels. However, I appreciated the location, which was close to Ray Miller Park and West Oaks Mall, making it convenient for a quick outing. It's a shame because the potential is there, but the execution wasn’t up to par.

The convenience, the accessibility, the efficiency of the check-in process was remarkably smooth.

My friends and I had an amazing time here! The kitchenette was super handy for making late-night snacks. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!

The kitchenette in the room added flexibility for meal preparation, a nice feature for extended stays. Also, the layout of the Studio Queen Room provided ample space to move around comfortably.

The hotel appearance leaves a lot to be desired. it felt rough and run-down. Issues like a dirty, rusted sink and a smelly microwave pointed to a lack of attentive housekeeping. I noted a complete absence of housekeeping during my four-night stay. Noise from the outside didn't help either, as guests were rowdy and children played late into the night, which made for a restless experience.

My experience in the Studio Room with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking was a mixed bag. The cleanliness could have been better, especially with a mildew smell from the AC. Also, the kitchenette was broken and just disassembled. On the bright side, the room was spacious enough, which helped a bit. But honestly, the overall vibe felt sketchy with noisy neighbors and security concerns. I wouldn’t stay here again.
